4. They consent to identity verification being conducted electronically via LiveSign, and understand that additional information or documentation may be requested where required for compliance purposes.
5. They understand EMConvey's role is limited strictly to acting in relation to the transfer of this property, and that no legal, financial, or tax advice is being provided, including in relation to stamp duty, capital gains tax, land tax, or foreign resident withholding obligations.
6. They confirm they are providing these instructions freely and voluntarily, without pressure or undue influence from any other party.
7. They understand their information may be retained for the period required by law, and that EMConvey has ongoing obligations to monitor and, where necessary, report on this matter even after settlement.
